GMIA programs provide immediate access to digital educational content. Unless otherwise stated in this policy, all program purchases are final and non-refundable.

2. Incorrect Program Purchase
If you accidentally purchase the wrong program, please contact GMIA as soon as possible.
Where no program content has been accessed, GMIA may, at its sole discretion, allow the enrollment to be transferred to another GMIA program of equal or greater value. Any price difference for a higher-priced program must be paid before the transfer is completed.
Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
3. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment or technical error, GMIA will investigate the transaction and refund any verified duplicate payment to the original payment method.
4. Technical Issues
If you are unable to access your purchased program due to a technical issue within GMIA’s reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to restore access as quickly as possible.
Where appropriate, GMIA may extend your program access to ensure you receive the full learning experience. Technical issues do not automatically entitle learners to a refund.
5. Promotional Pricing
Program fees and promotional offers are valid only during their stated promotional period.
Promotional pricing cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases completed before or after the promotional period.
